Journal Editor (0.6FTE)

Are you an experienced editor, or a writer with excellent project management skills? Do you share our passion for education?

We are looking for someone to produce and develop our professional journal, which is distributed to our 49,000 members.

You will be a creative person who proactively generates ideas and executes them with excellence and flair. Your creativity is balanced with a level of pragmatism, which will mean you can also manage the contributors, finances, contractors, design, production, and distribution. You are able to collaborate with others to produce great results. You will build on our vision for a website that has excellent content to enhance the professional development of our members.

Reporting to the Head of Communications, you will be part of a small but highly dedicated team of experts who strive to empower and support members through the resolution of workplace issues and problems, and supporting their professional journeys.

This role is a permanent part-time role of 22.5 hours per week.
