Booking process

Branch/Area Council Secretaries will book accommodation for attendees as they did last year.

The table below outlines the hotel information and rates for hotels where we have rooms held for conference attendees.

It is your responsibility to ensure you receive a booking confirmation from your chosen hotel.

  • All accommodation accounts (room rates only) will be charged to, and paid for by NZEI National Office direct.
  • All personal accounts must be paid on checkout.
  • Please also check the room configurations when booking with the Hotels

Branch/Area Council secretaries are reminded that representatives should share accommodation.

Please note:

For those who have already booked the Princes Gate Hotel, we will not be using this hotel in future. As a transitioning measure for 2015 only, we will re-imburse up to a maximum of $155.00 per night once a claim form has been submitted to National Office. This arrangement will not be offered again from 2016 on.

If you are not staying at one the listed hotels above then you are also not included in any luggage transfer pick ups or drop offs.
