Worksite Representative
There is an NZEI worksite representative at every worksite with NZEI members. Your worksite rep receives all NZEI information for distribution. All reps have the opportunity to attend training courses to ensure they can effectively support you. If you are not sure who the rep is for your school, contact your local NZEI office.
NZEI Field Officers and Takawaenga
These NZEI staff visit members at worksites, providing advice, information and advocacy. They ensure your interests are protected. Contact your local NZEI office to find out the staff member assigned to support you.
Member Support Personnel (MSP)
These are members trained in giving confidential employment-related, professional support and counselling services. To find out your nearest MSP volunteer, ring your local NZEI office.
