Incorrect Subs Rates

Your subscription rates are based on your gross (before tax and deductions) income. You can check your income against the current rates here

If your income has changed, or you believe your subscription rates need adjusting please provide the details below and the membership team will be in touch.

Pause Membership

If you are going on leave without pay or parental leave from a position you are entitled to return to we can put your subscriptions on hold for a time.

Resign membership

If you are going on leave without pay or parental leave from a position you are entitled to return to we can put your subscriptions on hold for a time. Select "Put my membership on hold" from the options above.

For resignations, if you are paying your subscriptions by direct debit or recurring credit/debit card payments we will stop the payments with the bank for you. Cancellation of salary deductions can take up to 14 days and is dependent upon payroll processing cycles.
