Switch to Direct Debit

We can make your union money work harder if you switch your NZEI sub payment to direct debit from your bank account.

Did you know that 2.5% of your NZEI sub is taken as a commission by the Ministry of Education if you pay your sub via your pay?

NZEI is urging  members to switch to direct debit option instead.  It’ll save more than $350,000 of your union money a year - money which can be better used working for your union, winning campaigns and improving your pay and conditions. And it will make us independent of the Ministry's payroll system and ensure there is a direct relationship between us and you. 

All you need to do is complete a Switch form with your direct debit details and send it to us.
