The key features of the settlement are:

Lump sum - $300.

Tutor teacher allowance - doubled to $4000 to all HoDs or tutor teachers responsible for year 1 and 2 PRTs.

200 additional MMAs - 100 in 2012, and 100 in 2013.

Additional $1000pa on MITA for Level 1 immersion teachers with 5 years continuous service at level 1.

Salary cap to short-term relievers only applies for first 3 weeks.

Increased Field Allowance to $25 per diem inclusive.
