How NZEI Works

NZEI is a democratic organisation where everyone can play a part – locally and globally! To uphold its responsibilities under the Treaty of Waitangi and give effect to tino rangatiratanga, NZEI has a parallel Māori thread, or structure, called Miro Māori. At a local level you can choose to participate in a branch or Aronui Tomua (the Māori equivalent) or a network that reflects your interests.
